8-Bit Morphs — Terms of sale (premium)

These terms apply to premium purchases in 8-Bit Morphs (the game), processed through a payment provider (for example Stripe Checkout on the website, or Apple App Store / Google Play in the mobile apps). Play is free. The core breeding loop does not require real-money purchases.

What you are buying

The in-game Premium Shop sells these digital goods. They are licensed for use in the game, have no cash value outside the game, and are not redeemable for money:

• Morph Gems — in-game currency for conveniences such as skips, boosts, and other Morph Gem offers.
• Founder Pack — a one-time purchase. It grants Founder status (Founder title and gold username) plus 550 Morph Gems. Buying again after you already have Founder perks adds Morph Gems only.
• Supporter Membership — a monthly subscription. Each tier includes monthly Morph Gems and a Hunt Hub title. Cancel anytime through Manage subscription; perks stay through the end of the paid period. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect on the next renewal.

Refunds and return windows (digital goods)

Premium items are digital and licensed for use in the game. The following voluntary windows apply in addition to any rights you may have under applicable law (which are not limited by this page):

• Morph Gems bought with real money are final and non-refundable once checkout is completed.
• Founder Pack is a one-time digital purchase. It is final once checkout is completed (including the Morph Gems it grants). If a payment is reversed, Founder perks may be removed.
• Supporter Membership bills monthly. Cancel anytime to stop future charges. Canceling does not refund the current period; perks stay through the end of that paid period. Amounts already billed are treated as final digital goods unless applicable law requires otherwise.
• Loot / stripe packs, rerolls, consumables: final after opening or use.
• Accidental duplicate purchases may be flagged automatically; contact us with both charge IDs if you tapped buy twice by mistake.

If a payment is reversed (for example, through a chargeback), related in-game entitlements may be removed.

Payment disputes and chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, we may temporarily disable new premium purchases on the affected account until the dispute is resolved. This helps protect the game economy from abuse. If a dispute was filed by mistake, contact us after withdrawing it with your bank.

Technical problems after payment

If your payment succeeds but entitlements do not appear in your signed-in account due to a technical failure on the developer’s side (e.g. webhook or account linking issue), contact the developer via Discord: discord.gg/YpnVyrZ2Pc (also linked in-game). The developer will make a reasonable effort to verify the purchase and restore what you paid for. This does not guarantee a refund in money form; the usual remedy is delivery or correction in-game.

Account, device, and cloud sync

Purchases are tied to your signed-in account where applicable. Morph Gems, Founder perks, and Supporter Membership work best on your main device and browser. Cloud sync is best-effort; perfect transfer is not guaranteed if you switch devices, browsers, or platforms.

Changes

This page may be updated from time to time. The version at this URL at the time of your purchase applies together with any checkout text shown to you at payment.
